The Chilly Pad Cooling Towel is the perfect solution for hot weather. It's ideal for any hot, strenuous activity, from team sports and lawn care to a killer workout in the gym. Just keep it nearby for a quick cool down. Made from hyper-evaporative material, this cooling towel retains water while remaining dry to the touch. When wet, this cooling towel begins to evaporate and cool, providing cool, soft comfort to the user. Simply re-wet it in hot or cold water and wring it out to reactivate cooling within minutes.

How Does It Work?

The Chilly Pad material is highly absorbent, like a sponge, and can absorb up to 8 times its weight in water. Once wet, the towel produces a cooling effect through evaporation. As long as the towel is wet, exposed to the air, and allowed to "breathe", the Chilly Pad will continue to evaporate and cool.

Care Instructions:

To care for your Chilly Pad, wet the towel thoroughly, wring out excess water, and allow it to begin evaporating. If the towel becomes dirty, machine or hand wash with standard clothing detergent and rinse completely. Store the towel in its original storage tube, in a plastic bag, or hang it up to dry.

Additional Questions:

If the towel starts to smell, soak it in a mixture of bleach and warm water, then wash it in the machine before storing it. The Chilly Pad can be refrigerated, but not frozen, as it may become brittle. With proper care, the towels can last for several years and provide evaporative cooling. The towels are also recyclable, as they can be blended with soil to retain moisture.
